The MCA is committed to safeguarding your online privacy. The MCA does not collect personal data except when you voluntarily submit it to our website. Examples of voluntary submission include, but are not limited to, purchases made online in the MCA Store or Box Office, online employment applications, online enrollment in one of our classes or programs, and subscription to our eNews updates.

The MCA will not disclose or share any personal information you provide to the MCA with any other party without your permission, except for the following: (a) if requested to do so in accordance with a court order, subpoena, or similar legal order and (b) name and address information provided through our box-office sales provider may be exchanged by the MCA with other cultural institutions but we do not exchange email addresses or phone numbers.

Online purchases through MCA Store or Box Office

The information you provide online to purchase items in our store or through the Box Office is used for billing purposes, to fill the order, and to reach you if we have trouble processing your order. Name and address information provided through our Box-Office sales provider may be exchanged by the MCA with other cultural institutions but we do not exchange phone number information.
