The ultimate in MCA membership categories, the Director’s Vision Council (DVC) offers our generous donors unprecedented access to premier contemporary artists, curators, and cultural thinkers. Members receive exclusive invitations to an annual DVC Think Tank hosted by Pritzker Director Madeleine Grynsztejn, international travel opportunities, and an intimate contemporary art discussion group led by the MCA curatorial team.

Levels

DVC Pacesetter

$15,000–24,999

(All but $285 is tax deductible)

Benefits include:

  • A calendar of exclusive Director’s Vision Council events, from private gatherings at the homes of collectors or artist studios to invitations to travel alongside the Pritzker Director.
  • Invitation to engaging, high-level dialogues between the Pritzker Director or other MCA leadership and arts and culture industry leaders.
  • Complimentary invitations to Emerge-sponsored lectures and receptions.
  • VIP passes to select art fairs.
  • “MCA Insider” eNewsletters from the Pritzker Director, including exclusive updates about the MCA renovation project.
  • All Individual-level benefits, including:
    • invitations to all Member events including Curator-led Tours and Circle Previews
    • invitations to shop during Members’ Double Discount Days;
    • up to 20% off tickets to MCA Stage performances and lectures and an additional 10% when you purchase MCA Stage Packages;
    • a 10% discount in the MCA Store;
    • discounts on MCA dining;
    • a subscription to the MCA Magazine, published and mailed to members three times a year;
    • a $5 discount on MCA garage parking.

DVC Galvanizer

$25,000–49,999

(All but $305 is tax deductible)

Includes all Pacesetter-level benefits, plus:

  • A private lunch at Marisol with an MCA Curator and up to four guests to learn more about the MCA Collection or discuss your own collecting interests (by request and subject to availability).
  • A catalogue from an MCA exhibition, personally signed by the artist.
  • Advance notice of all travel opportunities with MCA curators and leadership.

DVC Core Creative

$50,000+

(All but $415 is tax deductible)

Includes all Galvanizer-level benefits, plus:

  • A private exhibition tour with the MCA Leadership up to eight guests, followed by beverages and appetizers at Marisol (by request and subject to availability).
  • Concierge services for MCA facility rental.
